RELATED STORIES

November was the scene for three more historic media outreaches in Southern Russian cities of Krasnodar (home to the famed Russian Cossack warriors), Novorossiysk (a major Russian naval base on the Black Sea) and Maikop.

In the past 3-4 years the increasingly politicized Russian Orthodox Church has worked with government agencies to close the doors on all other Christians in making it next to impossible to proclaim the gospel outside their own places of worship, most do not have such a place.

In this context the mega city campaigns conducted in November are truly a great work of God.

Together with the local churches GCM Ministries reached 3,000,000 people in Krasnodar province, resulting in over 10,000 entries (responses) in the database in just 4 weeks. Using this information, the churches will carry out follow-up.

Many people accepted the Lord and many were saved from suicide when they called the number on the ads seen throughout the city.

In the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk alone over three thousand people responded to the campaign message: "God gives you the power to change!"

Every one of the 50,000 homes in this city was presented with the opportunity to respond to the Gospel. The months ahead will be a time of harvesting in South Russia.

There are still many unreached cities in Russia.

Moscow and St. Petersburg are two high priorities for GCM Ministries.

Item for prayer:  That resources would be released to reach these huge Russian cities with the Gospel message.

Changed Lives

More programs

I just watched your progam and I cried. We are going through the same sorrow in our family. My husband drinks. He used to be smart and focused before. He taught High School. At first he drank only occasionally. Now he drinks uncontrollably. I pray your programs would be on air all the time. Thank you.

In God's love,
